Ding Si(?) Nian(?) Zuo.
Second character could be an incomplete Si which would date this bottle 1977.
Third character is poorly painted but is probably 年 Nian (Year).
The subjects of the painting - landscape, flowers and birds - would be consistent with that but I don't know if this bottle style dates that late.
